At REVE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.
🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting us at reve00465@gmail.com
Returns or exchanges are applicable if:

The product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

The item is unused, in original packaging, with labels and seals intact

At least 95% of the perfume remains in the bottle
🚫 Please note: Samples and testers are not eligible for return or exchange.
💸 Refund & Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as agreed
📦 How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

Once approved by our support team, we’ll guide you through the return process
🚚 Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our team.
