REVE Return & Refund Policy

At REVE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.


🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting us at reve00465@gmail.com

Returns or exchanges are applicable if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with labels and seals intact

  • At least 95% of the perfume remains in the bottle

🚫 Please note: Samples and testers are not eligible for return or exchange.


💸 Refund & Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as agreed


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email reve00465@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

  3. Once approved by our support team, we’ll guide you through the return process

🚚 Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our team.


🛑 Additional Notes

  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • REVE reserves the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet the above conditions

  • No claims will be accepted after 15 days of delivery
